Dear Valued Evergreen Clients
For your health and that of our technicians, we’ve put some additional measures in place to make sure your service process stays as safe as possible:
- We are not currently cleaning interior windows at this time or doing any work that requires entering a home
- We are not accepting checks or cash in person. All payments may be done securely by credit card through your online invoice, or you may send a check in the mail.
- We are adhering to the six-foot social distancing protocol put in place
Any employee that comes in close contact with or receives a positive, or presumptive positive test, for COVID-19 will be asked to follow the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and stay home (we have not had any employees come in contact or test positive for the virus)
Stay Home, Stay Healthy Order – 3/23 Update:
The governor has placed Washington under a “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order, except for businesses considered essential. Evergreen is part of the sector considered an essential service. As a service provider who provides “services that are necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences,” we will remain open. With the exception of interior window cleaning noted above, Evergreen is here to serve you. As the situation around COVID-19 evolves, we will update our plans and share information with you. If the CDC or other health organizations recommend further action, we will follow accordingly and let you know immediately.
